A postcard from Stuttgart, Germany !
Stuttgart is the biggest city in the south eastern state Of Baden-Württemberg in Germany . The post here is a ? Private one - not registered with UPU.
They have their own stamps / cancellations and postal codes . The stamps , sadly has been defaced with a QR code sheet.
The state Of Baden-Württemberg was a separate feudal state in Germany with its own administration till it was unified into the German Republic after ww2.
